Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order to email: email@example.com.
By placing an order via our website you are making an offer to Prade Donoso to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. A contract between you and Kullawa for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed.
We currently offer delivery as standard only within New Zealand. If you live outside New Zealand and wish to place an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Some items may be excluded from international shipping.
A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.
Please note: Kullawa does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, neighbour, etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
The vast majority of our products are handmade from natural materials: cowhides, sheep and alpaca wool. Some of our textiles are vintage, all are handwoven by skilled artisans. This means that each item is unique and subject to natural variances and in the case of vintage items, wear. We do our best to ensure that our photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but please contact us if you would like more information before purchasing.
By placing an order via this website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this.
We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications. We always aim to keep our website up to date, but due to the nature of our products (one-offs and small runs of handmade items) products can occasionally sell out and become unavailable. If this is the case we will always contact you to advise you of the lead time for re-stocking, (or offer an alternative or a refund). We hope you understand that this is the nature of dealing with small suppliers rather than mass-producers – but it leads to a unique product.
